Under each item, you will find a link titled “Click here to shop” that will take you directly to the website to shop. This will make it as easy as possible for you to shop online or find the items in store by using a store locator found on a particular brand’s website. Not all products can be found in store as many small businesses are only able to sell online.

Also, the vast majority of these links are not affiliates, so I do not make commission on them. I have always made protecting the integrity of my recommendations the number one priority in my business. I do not take on sponsored deals, ads, and I never get paid to post or share anything. So, your purchase of this index helps keep my small business open and running. With that said, there are a select number of links and brands that I am affiliated with and would earn a small commission on. The primary purpose of these particular links or codes is to provide you with a discount in order to make healthy living more affordable and accessible. That’s it.

Additionally, when I recommend a brand in this index, it does not mean that I would automatically approve of every product they offer in their entire line of products. I have done my best to link to the specific products that I approve of in cases where there might only be a particular product I approve of. There are also many cases when I would recommend any product that a particular brand offers, and in those situations, I have done my best to simply link to the home page of the website. Please also keep in mind that there are instances when a product listed is simply the better option, not the perfect option because the perfect option does not exist.

Lastly, please keep in mind that companies can go out of business, be bought, bigger companies can take over, or ingredients can be changed in order to make products cheaper. With that said, in these instances, that is why it is important to always pay attention to your labels and pay attention to whether a particular link or business no longer exists. I will do my best to keep this index as up to date as possible on an annual basis, but I am only one person. I would love nothing more than to create and cultivate a whole community of label and brand experts who can spot when companies have started adding not so good ingredients or have gone out of business and alert me.
